When I switched to Verizon, I was told that I could have a 6S for $5 a month. The charge on my bill was over $14. When I inquired, I was told that it would be that way for a few months, but then the money would be returned with a credit for over $9 each month to make the total cost $5 a month. I have never gotten the promised credit. My total charge for the phone was supposed to be $120, or $5 a month for 24 months. Why haven't I received the credits to make the cost of the phone as promised?

Ruler777, we fully understand that having your credits applied for the prmoton on the iPhone 6s is a must. When was the device purchased?
