Verizon staff told my mom she couldnt replace the battery on her iphone 6 plus. Her battery life for that phone has become less and less over time. I just read that batteries can be replaced by Apple. Now she already bought a brand new iphone because of the battery issue. I feel like that was poor customer service, and some how she was taken advantage of so someone could sell her an expensive iphone. We have been verizon customers since the 90s. I told her this evening that Apple replaced batteries for about 10 percent of the cost of the phone. I am so disappointed in Verizon. Is there a way Verizon can make this sour deal better?

I think it was May unfortunately she can't just return the new device and keep using the old one that was already paid for.
