Hi Jenher78, It can be very frustrating to have issues with a device after updating the software as it is meant to make your device work better. Let me look closer into what is going on. After you did the factory reset, did you continue to have issues with your internet connection /wifi connection? Are you using iMessage or the stock SMS on the device?
