We can't have you dropping phone calls. Let's make sure that we do everything we can to keep the calls connected. What zip code are you in that is having these issues? Have you tried to power the device off all the way and remove the sim card from the phone: http://vz.to/1EdNNMe Once you have tried that leave the sim card out for a good 10-15 seconds.
