Had iPhone 6s since December. Worked great until about 3 to 4 weeks ago. People cannot hear me and say when they do its garbled. The majority of calls are dropped. 9 out of 10. Called Verizon tech support. After removal of SIM card and him reset my signal things were ok for a few minutes only. He said I was shown as roaming off a tower in Atlanta Georgia. I have been nowhere near Atlanta. I live 4 hours away next door to North Augusta SC. Well now my phone is right back to dropping calls and roaming again. What can I do? And why did this happen after four months of running great. It was so nice to have a phone with great signal and no call drops to suddenly barely working. I bought phone outright no financing. Seems that much money would allow me to have a conversation? Please help. Have done the network reset too as advised by another Verizon tech. I hoe someone can help me out here
you might want to go apple store for device exchange if possible rather than get warranty replacement.

Let’s begin some troubleshooting steps to figure out what could be causing this. Please check your available memory by going to Settings>General>Storage & iCloud Usage. How much is left? Also, has there been any damage to the phone, physical or liquid?
