I don't know if this will help anyone but the ECPD errors seem to be affecting those of us with business discounts or employee discounts on our accounts. Not to mention all sites/apps to get the phone are extremely overloaded. I called customer service and I was only on hold for about 15-16 minutes and they ordered my 2 phones for me no problem with a ship date of 9/19. It was perfectly smooth and they were extremely nice and helpful (probably because they know what an issue this is causing at this crazy hour). Hope it helps! Goodnight!
