***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Get message that it's still doing backup from cloud & not allowing new iCloud updat

isn't allowing me to back up to iCloud. Says it's still downloading from transfer of 5c to 6s. If I stop transferring, that data will be lost forever. It's been over 3 wks since that data was started transferring  to 6s

Please help

Do you have your device on a high speed wifi network when it is charging?

I understand how important it is to make sure that all your pictures and videos are saved to the iCloud Katizim. Were you able to check to see if you are on a high speed internet? How much data is being saved from the 5C to the 6S? While you are waiting you can check to see what you have saved so far at www.icloud.com
