I can help clarify this for you Khill0525. There is not a definite way to change the number of rings before your voicemail picks up. It is defaulted to 30 seconds of "ringing". We would not be able to change this for you on our end either.

you must contact technical support 1-800-922-0204 or *611 from your Verizon device
