It is very frustrating that I can't seem to get anywhere with a simple answer. I went into a store and the rep didn't even attempt to resolve my issue. I have been a loyal customer and don't feel the level of customer service that I had become accustomed to.

Pretty much all you can do is input your pre-order number into this website and get your estimated ship date. Once it ships, you will be charged and you'll get an email confirmation with shipping information.
