I have four lines on my FamilyBase plan. When I go to profiles one of my child's phones are defaulting as the parent and there's no option to change that. How do i change it?

Hello, Stinchcomb! I love using Family Base to manage my familys' usage. Sorry to learn the Parent/Child lines are defaulting incorrectly. When this happens, you'll actually need to completely delete the Famly Base Profile from your account. When you sign into your My Verizon account; >From the Family Base Dashboard, Select Profile. Towards the bottom of the page there will be an option to "Remove or Delete". You would then need to set up Family Base usage limits, once more.
