How do I enable the receipt of collect calls on my phone?

I am trying to set up my phone to where it will let my kids call collect if they need to. Does anyone know how to do this?

as far as i know cell phones cannot accept collect calls irregardless of carrier.  If you want them to always be able to get ahold of you you could give them cellphones.
