How can I unlock my music so that I can share it

Not sure what you mean by unlock it so you can share it. You can share music in your iTunes library via syncing with iTunes on your computer. You can share iTunes purchases via Family Share. If someone is using your Apple ID they can download things from your iTunes via iCloud.
