I don’t seem to be able to get a Ringback tone loaded on my iPhone 6s. Very frustrating
Ringback tones are not loaded on the phone. You have to manage them through your My Verizon account online.

We want to make sure you are able to access your ring back tones for your phone. I use that feature as well, so I am sure we can figure this out together. Have you ever been able to use the ring back tone feature? Has there been any recent updates or changes with your phone? What happens when you try to use the ring back tone option for your device?
