I have no idea why I was even marked....Pre ordered last night, used a cc thats in my name/address as my info with verizon. Verified via the text message back with "Yes" etc.
I've been on hold for 56 minutes now.

I Got the fraud email. Called the number twice this morning and got a message they were closed!!!

I'm guessing they are swamped. The person I talked to really had trouble. She thought I was a new customer (I'm not). Wasn't sure how many phones I had purchased, wasn't sure what phone number number I was upgrading...
I'm guessing they are pulling staff from other locations that aren't trained in fraud section.

WOw....after 1:11 on hold I got this messages "I'm sorry we are unable to process your call. Please try again later". And a hang up. I call BS

just wanted to update that I got through last night after waiting on 13 minutes around 7:45pm PST.
Funny thing, though. She told me the order had already been pushed through the system, so I didn't really need to call! This is the exact same situation I had last week when I ordered a 5c for my daughter. Called and they had already pushed the order through the system.
AND - get this - I got a whole new delivery date, and a weird one! Sept 23rd!
