I have heard about the delays with shipping. My card has not been charged, only says that it is in process. But when I pre-ordered it said it would be sent 2-day air. I just want to know if it's being back ordered as soon as possible. I'm having it shipped to work, so I will change the shipping address if that is the case.
What was the date on the confirmation email, when did your order and what time was your order completed (Verizon can tell you the time that your order is showing as placed which will be differ from the time that they processed the order). They can confirm these two things for you. Once they have done that they can tell you based upon the time you pre-ordered / your device the shipping schedule.
Sorry to add to the mix of confusion but be prepared for numerous answers on everything else when you call. I will say that if you do not or have not received shipping confirmation today with a 2 day air shipping, you will not receive your device on the 19th.
