I have trouble receiving calls. I wont be alerted of them, but then will get voicemails. It doesn't matter who the calls are from, where I am, or how good my service is at the time. I have tried troubleshooting with Verizon and Apple and so far nothing has helped or made a difference. Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so, were you able to resolve it? Thanks!
We are here to help get you connected. We want you to get all your calls. When did this start? What zip code are you located at? Is LTE enabled for Voice and Data or just Data?
