Call waiting is a feature that we have all grown accustom to and we can understand its importance. We definitely want yours working as it should and happy to help. Call Waiting is a standard feature and should already be enabled automatically, so we'll want to dig a little deeper to figure out what's going on. How long have you been noticing that the information is not being displayed? have there been any changes since this started such as new apps, app updates or software updates?
