Hi any suggestions why I don't see the 4G at the top of my phone and I can't access the internet?
Netcas, let's get you connected. Do you have wifi on, if so your signal is not displayed on the top of the phone. Do you have your cellular data turned on? What is your zip code? What services are not working?
