I can't hear on calls and i have an iphone

I have been having issues with hearing other callers on my iphone 6plus for about a month now.  I have tried several fix it solutions that i have seen online and none work. My son and mother have an Iphone 8plus and 7plus are experiencing the same issues.  I have to use my earbuds in order to hear a caller or put them on speakerphone.

Anyone else having this issue?

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your audio on calls. I know how I depend on my phone for just about everything. I'm more than happy to take a deeper look into this to see if we can pinpoint what's going on, this way it can be resolved quickly. Had anything changed around the time the issue started? Are your phone and all of the apps installed up to date on their software? Is your phone damaged (physical/liquid)? EdwardL_VZW
