I can't seem to activate my device (switched from Android Samsung Galaxy S5)

I'm able to use my GMAIL account to send text messages, but it seems like my phone line hasn't been activated on my iPhone 6s. I followed all of the steps and hit Complete Activation. It took me to a page to transfer my Contacts. I didn't do anything because I already transferred all of my apps, contacts and photos. Please help!
