I was given a Factor Unlocked iPhone 6 as a present and I want to now use it with my current Verizon account. What do I need to do to transfer the information from my old iPhone 4 to this new iPhone 6?
That's an awfully nice present, Suzy@1524. You can double check if the Device ID is compatible with your current service by logging into http://vz.to/U2wgl6 and entering in the device details. If it did not come with a Verizon Wireless SIM card, you can visit one of our corporate locations (www.vzw.com/storelocator) to pick up a SIM card to activate it to your account. If it came with a card, you can activate it straight through My Verizon. Apple also offers some really great options for backing up one iPhone and restoring your information to another at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201252 to make the process easier.
