Like so many others on this forum, I pre-ordered an iPhone 6 with an "expected shipping date" that's come and gone. I placed my order via Internet on sept 14, and was given supposed shipping date of October 3. Still shows that date on the check orders page. Indeed, the website states I have no open orders. Is this some kind of scam, or just really bad customer service? The only reason I ordered the new phone was the promotional trade-in offer, which I now fear will expire before I get my new phone. My Verizon contract expired some time ago, so I'm not committed to staying with Verizon if I don't get some answers- and a new phone.
