It took me THREE hours right after Verizon opened pre-orders to get my 5 iPhone 6s order through. I got a confirmation email with number and ship date - 9/19. However, as of this time, the order status still says order is still in process. Why Verizon did you send a text to one of our lines, which my daughter thought to be a text spam and so ignored it until today. Why Verizon? If she had continued to ignore that, then we would be waiting forever. You could have either sent out everyone of us a text, called our lines, or sent out another email. We are are a long-time Verizon customer!
