Same here. I downloaded 10.0.2 and there went LTE.  FIX IT Verizon. Figure out the problem, put out a carrier update and let us use OUR phones as we did prior to updating.  I do not want to send my phone in nor do I want to upgrade, those were the only options I was given after spending 6 hours with Apple and Verizon tech support. I have turned off, reset, restored, backed up, taken out the SIM card ... on and on. The phone was fine before downloading 10.0.2. I find it INCREDIBLY frustrating that no one from Apple or Verizon can provide a solution.
