I had ordered my Iphone 6 on September 28 with the help of a customer service specialist on line, who walked me through all the steps, but very conveinently forgot the part where i needed to start my trade in process for my old iphone. I received my new phones on the 26 of october, when i called customer service that day i was told the $200 refund deal is no longer valid and they would offer me half money someways. I was totally pissed at that and try to explain that it is customer service peoples fault not mine hoping they would listen to my case since i have been a loyal verizon customer for years. Sadly to say we still have not reached any resolution when i call customer service i get transferred to a different person every time. I dont know what to do at this point can someone please help me or guide me what to do at this point.
