if you are a current VZW customer you should be able to log-in to your account and see the "check status of your recent order" in notification center. My tracking information was updated this morning and I can see when ti will be shipped, shipping type, where it's coming from, etc....

Yeah it doesn't show anything in the notifications on check order it just says order being processed
