In process for 4 days, CC charged the 14th, order confirmation says 9-19 delivery, but still no tracking number?

Ordered silver IP6+ 64 and SG IP6 64 1 hour after going on sale (ECRP whatever error).  Got confirmation saying 9-19 ship.  Then status changed a few days later to processing, and CC was charged.  Days have gone by, and no tracking number.  I'm starting to worry.  Any update possible from customer service.

You may not be able to see a change from Processing until it officially ships, then you'll see the tracking number. Nope theyre too busy playing favorites while charging ppl like us and not delivering when they said they would!
