Ordered silver IP6+ 64 and SG IP6 64 1 hour after going on sale (ECRP whatever error). Got confirmation saying 9-19 ship. Then status changed a few days later to processing, and CC was charged. Days have gone by, and no tracking number. I'm starting to worry. Any update possible from customer service.
