I cannot connect to the Internet unless I'm at home using WiFi or I connect to a companies free WiFi.. When I'm on the road I don't have the capability to use internet anymore.. Why? I need my phone to work again.. Especially for how much I pay per month.. Please help!!
Oh no, RYDERJAXSEN. We want you to be connected with data at all times. Let’s dig into this and make sure data is working. What happens when trying to use data? Have you checked your settings to make sure data is turned on, Settings > Cellular > Cellular data > On? How long has this been an issue?
