Intuition Phone battery draining rapidly

My Intuition phone has developed a serious problem.  It won't hold a charge and the battery drains quickly.  Any ideas?

I know its frustrating to have battery issues with your device RWSIPE. Is there any damage to your device? Did battery issues start with the addition of a particular app? Does your phone have the latest software?
