I am livid with verizon.
I ordered an iphone 6 on October 8th. I got an email about a week ago saying it would ship by October 24th. I got another email saying due to supply shortage, it couldn't be shipped by that date. They sent out another email a few days ago saying it would ship by October 31st. Well I get an email yesterday saying the order had been canceled. I call customer service and they don't know why it has been canceled.
First off, verizon should not be able to cancel any orders without the customers permission. If this is how a company is going to do me when I chose to go to them and they get so much money off of me every month then I will go elsewhere. This is not a company I no longer want to provide me with any service in the future.
