Iphone 6 recently updated and now all my apps are gone and won't re-download

I did the software update 3 days ago and now my previously downloaded apps wont' return and my text messaging isn't working

I have done the hard  reboot several times.   help.

CORRINACORRINA67, we're always here to help you. We are so sorry to hear that your phone isn't working properly after the update. Did you do a factory reset on your phone recently? It's strange for your apps to disappear. What exactly is happening with your messages?
