I am having an issue with my phone screen... The screen will turn white and snowing look about half way down and the touch screen will not work. I have to constantly turn off and on the get it to work and that will only be temporary. Is this a hardware problem?

Sorry to hear about trouble with your phone's display. Let's do what we can to get this resolved. Are you using any sort of screen cover or case on your phone? When did this problem begin?

Hi Eric.
I went by the Verizon store and they told me it was a defect in the phone. I will be getting a replacement phone today.
