I ordered an iphone 6s plus rose gold on 09/29. I was told the expected shipping date was 11/02. Today is 11/03, I still haven't revived any update on this order. I called the customer service and was told it was pending shipment. I read through the forum and saw someone else who ordered the same model around 10 days after I did and got it days ago. This is ridiculous.
