MY iphone6plus is face timing a specific number and I'm not doing it.  Why is it happening and how do I get it to stop?  Also can Verizon prove I'm not doing it?  Customer service said I can't track FaceTime incoming and outgoing is this true??  How is that possible?

Liz317 I get where you are coming from. I would be just as concerned, in your shoes. When did this first begin? Were there any recent changes to your phone, like a software update or new apps? The reason that Facetime can't be tracked is, it is an Apple service used over our data network, so there is not a way to track this type of activity.

I Doubt you get where I'm coming from.  It's a brand new phone, no software updates, no new apps, nothing.  I accidentally face timed the number 3 days ago, I hung up real quick, called regularly.  Since then it keeps face timing that number.  Which would be fine if it wasn't my ex's current Girl friend.  She is now threatening harassment.  And youre telling me there's no way it can be tracked except screen shots on their end?  There is no way Verizon can dump my phone?  Or any suggestion on how to stop it?  I've blocked the number and changed my passwords on iCloud and my devices.

  Hi Liz317, I participate in the Apple support forum but not in the iPhone community, just the multimedia. I do recall reading this issue awhile back at Apple support about the FaceTime issue you're having.

  It seems a number of people had the issue where FaceTime was make random and repeated calls on it's own. One person resolved it by finding out that FaceTime had been paired with a Bluetooth device.

  Two others claimed something to do with making a call but not completing the call and another with something to due with Facetime and a computer that would generate the calls.

I'm not gonna go back and research it, but you may want to check out Apple support.

I can imagine this situation has escalated very quickly. We never want to put you in a situation. I encourage you to delete your recent history. It can be caused by potential redials. I also encourage you to remove the number and readd. This can break any connection too.

Robin, thank you.  After reading Salisbury's I decided to Call VW and hit an actual location and we figured it out, I did everything Robin said plus some.  Thanks again!
