Iphone6 screen unresponsive, at times typing by itself

t's like an alien is in my iphone6 I've had not even 1 yr. At times it simply will not respond and at others it will start clicking away as if someone was messing with me remotely, opening apps, typing text, taking pics, making calls etc. It's been happening for close to 3 months now and I'm ready to toss it out the window.(if I wouldn't incur an early termination fee that is). I feel like I've been duped, paying for an expensive new phone only to have terminal issues so soon.

    Another job for the ghost busters. KMGMachado, what App or two do you most frequently use?

  Refer to this link from 2 months ago to see if any of it, particularly Facebook, is being used. If so there's a 2nd link in the thread regarding Facebook.

It doesn't matter how much you pay for something failures can occur. With that said, have you tried resetting or restoring the device? Has it had any water or liquid damage that you are aware of? Since you've had it less than a year have you tried troubleshooting with Apple? If you have an Apple Store in your area you can schedule an appointment with them or you can contact them via telephone or online initiation.

My phone is having the same issues for at least 2 months now.  I tried getting assistance from Apple but they called me on the same phone that has problems and the phone would not respond to my touch so i could not even answer the call.  I will be watching this forum for a solution

Were you not able to schedule the call to a different phone such as a landline? Or do you have an Apple Store in your area? You need to request the call again and have it go to a landline or other mobile phone. Apple will be your best bet as a solution has not been provided on here yet and there is no telling when/if there will be

MrRobot, a phone that is working with noone there is certainly spooky. Let's take the scare out of the equation. Do you recall any recently added apps, games or software? Does this happen after using any specific application?
