Your 15+ years means the world to us, AMYLYNN0624. It's concerning to us that you are constantly having dropped calls. We've checked the zip and see no reports in the area. Is this happening everywhere or just at the home location? Is text and data impacted?

Yes, I agree with AMYLYNN0624.  I have been with Verizon for a long time but something needs to be done.  I haven't heard back after my last post.  Has there been any tower issues or changes in 84084, or 84123, or 84130?

We need a solution and fast.

Ratruzz15, I know you had stated you are getting lower bars than before since the update.  However, have you noticed a difference or impact on your calls, texting, and data?  What are the differences such as dropped calls, error messages, etc?

Yes as I stated before, the problem at work, for example, I can only get 1 bar or a no service when before I was at the least getting 3 bars.  And with 1 bar no calls come in nor can I call out.  At home I can get 2 bars at times and calls will go out and come in, but it fluctuates.   Regardless of if its fewer bars than before but working, if it's getting fewer bars something has changed or isn't working right.  On occasion 2 bars will work but are you saying that as long as I get a call to go through on occasion with 2 bars then there isn't a problem?

1 bar and or a no service is an issue that I didn't have before.  And again this all happened after updating the carrier update to 28.4.  Could there be an issue with that update or the apple 10.3.1 or 10.3.2?  There are more and more people I talk to that have Verizon that are experiencing this issue.  Perhaps 28.4 needs to be reviewed and analyzed for a possible conflict.  Is there a way to go back to 28.3?  We have tried every option there is, we have explained where and what the issues are.  Can anything be done?

   Hi Ratruzz15, this may sound extreme at times with an operating system. But would you consider restoring the iPhone with iTunes?

I did do that, but same result 1 bar in my office after restoring.  I even did a factory reset and setup as a new iPhone just to see and still same signal result.

I'm gathering there really isn't a solution at this point.  I know according to other posts and folks I know that have Verizon something has changed.  Hopefully, Verizon or Apple can detect what this issue is at some point soon and get it fixed for people before they jump ship.

Thank you for attempting to work through it though.

I wanted to add another person with issues with the 28.4 update. I have an iPhone 7+ and have been getting horrible reception ever since.

It has made the web all but unusable. When I run a Speedtest it ends up less than a meg. More or less getting dial up.

Everywhere that I used to have full signal I'd be at a maximum of two bars. With the limited reception, it affected but call quality and along with internet.

After reading through everything, I did a reset on connections and it seems to have made things better for now. Hopefully the change will last.

Hopefully others will have the same luck with a reset helping the issue.

I'm having issues with my iPhone 7+ ever since I received the 28.4 carrier update. Outgoing calls fail, data speeds are horrendously low, I'm in Irving,TX 4 days a week and Ann Arbor,MI 3 days a week. I tried to reset all settings, network settings, but nothing has helped. I'm restoring my phone to go back to the old carrier settings. Can anyone help me figure this out?

I'd like to add myself to the list of ​[Removed] customers. I just updated to 28.4 and I have ZERO service at home. I haven't left the house yet but something clearly went horribly awry with this update. I've done the reset of network settings. I've removed and replaced the SIM card. I've messed with the carrier and cellular settings. This is clearly an update issue. I'm concerned only a further update will fix the problem. I have an iPhone 7 and I'm in 94947 and have always had stellar service at my house.

Help!
