Just got an IPhone 6 today. Why wasn't they able to transfer my contacts to it, from my Galaxy 3?

Adding to this question, when I tried to manually enter my contact's, the phone was beyond slow in receiving each letter. Like it had to think about each one for four or five seconds, before it would show up. I'm not one bit happy with what I've seen thus far.

New phones should be exciting and we want to make sure you are always satisfied with your choice of purchase. When was the device purchased? You do have 14 days to return or exchange the device is you choose to http://vz.to/1GaMWN9 . Did you have your contacts backed up to our Verizon cloud? If so, check out this link http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/verizon-cloud-faqs/ . How much space do you have available on your phone? Settings General>Usage>Storage available.

Your Samsung phone should have your contacts backed up to google.   Have you added your Google account to the phone?

Maykayla13, if you just got the phone and its that slow...take it back. You have 14 days to take it back or be stuck with repalcements down the road after the 14 days.

Hope this helps
