Does enabling LTE voice use your data plan? Is it better than using the regular Verizon network for calls?

LTE voice calls do not use any of your data allowance, although they do technically use data. You won't have to worry about it putting you over your data usage, that's for sure.

LTE voice will allow you to talk and use internet simultaneously, and if the person you are calling has an hd voice capable phone and the advanced calling 1.0 free feature on their account, your sound quality will be awesome.
