My app is continually showing I have 0 data left. It seems there was an issue previously for folks with unlimited plans. Mine is not unlimited. I want to be able to glance at my app and see what percentage data usage I have left, like I used to be able to do! How can this be fixed, as it is impossible to get through Verizon via phone call.

We want you to have the ability to keep track of your data use, and I'm stepping in to help. Tell me, if you go to http://spr.ly/66051hUaR and log in using a web browser instead of the application, what are your results? Additionally, if you send a message to #DATA (#3282), does the text message you receive provide you with the information? Please let me know, thanks in advance.
