Even after deleting and reinstalling and rebooting phone, I no longer @can get a successful backup. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Sounds like a corrupted app which you would have to contact the Verizon development team through the app store. You really don't have to use Backup Assistant anyways on the iPhone because iCloud automatically backs up all that information.

I know the importance of ensuring the content on your phone is backed up successfully CNJJERRY. When was the last time you were able to successfully backup your iPhone 6? Are you getting a certain error message when trying to back up your phone? Have you tried to removed and reinstall the application on your phone?

Yes. I thought I had mentioned deleting and reinstalling the app. That was in addition o hard restarting my phone. It's been a couple months now and because it times out while receiving info, I thought it was because the wireless connection was bad. It happens at home in my own network as well. About 50 attempts now. It sends my contacts, then starts receiving and then just stops. When I try again, it says lsat backup did not complete successfully. I do backup using iTunes as well connected with a cord and I should be ok, but I likes the assistant automatically backing up for me in case I go too long between iTunes backups. I think the App needs some work since iPhone upgrades, etc. It used to work so well when i had my iphone5.
