Prior to my IPhone 6 screen becoming unresponsive, I received a text message. Soon after my screen froze. Usually when that happens a hard reset will do. However, after the reset my phone's screen will not show anything but a blank, black screen. I know that my phone is not off due to the reset because it vibrates when called and I can access Siri.

I just need to dig a little bit deeper, what changes (if any) have been made to the phone in the last 1-2 days (new applications, new software update, new accessories, etc)? How long has the screen been unresponsive?
