My Verizon not working

When I try to open the My Verizon app I get stuck at the load screen and a pop-up appears that has one option: “restart”. I’ve clicked this dozen’s of times and nothing ever loads. I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the app twice and cleared all caches. I’m using the app version 7.9.0 on an iPhone 6s with iOS 13.6.
