I've tried resetting it a bunch of times and I restored it twice. Is it just a defective phone? Also, the flash alerts do not work either..

You mentioned a reset was done, did you do the hard reset?

I'm sorry your new iPhone 6 is not vibrating kcoop23. Have you adjusted the volume up/down keep on the side? Have you checked the ringtones you have on your phone?Are you u sing any 3rd party music or ringtone apps?

Have you made sure that Vibrate is turned on under sounds? It needs to be on for the silent function and the ring function (if you want it to do it when it rings also).

Yes, I adjusted the up/down key on the side. Yes, I checked the ringtones I have on my phone. No, I'm not using any 3rd party music or ringtone apps.
