My iPhone 6 is not working with data in Europe, how can I fix it? I can text and call, but no data.

I'm currently in France trying to get my iPhone 6 to work with data, but it currently says I have no internet connection. The auto phone carrier is Bouygues. How can I get the LTE that was promised?

Do you have voice and data roaming turned on in settings - cellular?  

Also try rebooting phone if you have not done that.
