I hope Verizon Wireless fixes this problem by making more towers for reception all around Los Angeles. Especially Torrance has really bad connection in some places.
It can take two or more years to work through a the paperwork involved in getting a new tower installed and online.

Are you experiencing issues indoors, outdoors, or both? Also, what's the exact iOS and carrier version that you have installed on your iPhone 6 Plus? To get this info, go to Settings > General > About > iOS/Carrier.
