rrogers73, we are truly sorry to hear that you are having this experience with your phone. It sounds like you have taken some great steps with the manufacturer to give this a go. Do you recall adding any new apps, games or software to the phone prior to this happening? Has there been any physical or liquid damage? Was the device fully charged prior to attempting that restore?
