My new iPhone 6 was activated at Apple. When I arrived home it was not activated. 1 1/2 hours with Verizon Tech (remove and reinsert SIM card, hard reset, restore etc) and no success. What do I do now? Call Verizon again, go to apple or go to Verizon stor

My iPhone 6 was activated at the Apple store but is now not active on the Verizon network. Verizon Tier 1 tech tried all the basics-remove and reinsert sim card, restore, hard reset etc without success. What do I do now?
