My phone does not ring with incoming call

My iphone6 does not ring with incoming call (including friends and strangers), but it rings when my family call.

Do you have any priority overrides for do not disturb setup?

Getting alerts when you receive a call is important and we want you to have a working phone. On your phone if you go to contacts then groups do you have a group created?

It would be difficult to be happy with a phone that's not ringing, ANGAND42. Let’s turn things around. May I have the make and model of your device? When was the last time you recall it ringing?
