I placed an order for a silver 64GB iPhone 6+ in a Verizon Store on 10/20. I have the printed receipt but I never received a confirmation email. The woman in the store told me that it will ship on or before 11/7. The phone shows up under my order status in my account but when I click the "click here for full order deatails" it says there is no record of my order. Should I be concerned? I really hope what the rep told me is true that my phone will ship by 11/7 but I have no confirmation that backs this up.
