This has happened quite a few times then happened again this morning. Using the phone in an area that has good service the phone says "no network connection" In a good service area and was also connected to Panera's wifi and phone said no network connection. Enabled the phone's hot spot and then there was a connection.
There have been numerous other times when in a good service area because there wasn't a wifi connection the phone would not connect to the internet.
Having a reliable connection to the internet is always a must, JARKON40. You’ve provided us with some great details. It is indeed a strange occurrence when you have no network connection while connected to Wi-FI, but you have a connection if you turn on your phone’s mobile hotspot. When did this issue first start happening? Does this happen with all attempts to connect to the internet, or only within a specific application? Do other Verizon users have the same trouble with their internet connection?
